Habits – do they control you or do you control them?

Our habits are the things we repeatedly do, on auto-pilot. They are learned, formed, and nurtured. They can be created, changed, and eradicated.

A habit is comprised of 3 things… a cue, an action, and a reward. 

Look at your habits, the ones you want to keep, and the ones you want to develop, and make sure you have all 3 components.
